Sydney Borlabi is a seasoned marketer and business development strategist with 11+ years of experience accelerating growth for health tech startups, consumer wellness brands, and women-focused ventures. She specializes in building organic acquisition strategies, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market plans that drive impact. Her work often sits at the intersection of life’s most pivotal stages—pregnancy, parenting, relationships, and caretaking—bringing a human-centered, results-driven approach to every project. A trusted partner to founders and early teams, Sydney brings a strategic yet scrappy approach that moves brands forward. 


Faisa Ali blends science, storytelling, and soul to help women’s-health brands bloom. A Somali-American mom of two, certified doula, and public-health specialist, she has spent 12+ years turning complex health missions into scroll-stopping digital movements.

Before launching Peapod Social, Faisa led global social media and has powered growth for brands major organizations—and earned her a Breakthrough Marketer nomination at the 2024 Black Women Marketers Achievement Awards.

Kelly O’Neill brings 10+ years of growth marketing experience across lifestyle, wellness, and non-profit brands, including in-house roles at theSkimm, Food52, and The Knot. She’s led paid media efforts across Meta, Google, Pinterest, and more, managing teams and executing hands-on with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and creative testing.

Over the past 3 years, Kelly has shifted to consulting with start-ups, coinciding with becoming a first-time mom in 2023. Many of her clients intentionally have been in the maternal wellness, parenting community, or baby gear space as she navigates that stage of her life as a consumer. Whether optimizing channel mix, planning strategy, or building acquisition frameworks, Kelly thrives in fast-moving environments, building trust & partnering closely with teams to make data-informed decisions & drive meaningful growth.

Grace Ouma-Cabezas is a seasoned marketing executive, startup operator, and strategic advisor with 20 years of experience driving growth across consumer, wellness, and family-focused brands. She’s been on the ground floor at brands like The Knot and Birchbox and led marketing at companies like Food52 and TheSkimm—and now partners with startups and mission-driven teams to build holistic growth strategies, spanning content strategy, retention, paid media, and brand.

A mom to a two-year-old with lived experience navigating IVF and reproductive health challenges, Grace brings both deep expertise and personal insight to the parenting, family care, and reproductive and family health space.
